Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to enroll with confidence. Here is exactly how refunds work.

1. Before Your Batch Starts

If you cancel your enrollment at least 3 days before your batch's start date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment gateway transaction fees.

2. After Your Batch Starts

Once your first live session has been delivered or you have accessed any paid course material such as recordings, guides, or portfolio templates, the enrollment becomes non-refundable, since course access and mentor time have already been allocated.

3. Batch Transfers

If you are unable to continue a batch, we are happy to transfer your enrollment to the next available batch of the same program, free of charge, provided you request the transfer before completing 25 percent of the course.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Corporate workshop bookings, community membership fees, and any add-on digital products such as templates or resume bundles are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
